Phoenix-EMS offer a unique look on event medical cover, our humbled beginnings were covering events and we have a wealth of experience in doing so, across a vast variety of different style events. Whatever your needs, and style of event, we can work with you, and the latest HSE guidelines to offer safety to the crowds and staff in attendance.
Some of the events that Phoenix-EMS Cover have proudly covered include: Equestrian, Music concerts large and small, film and TV studios, sports events, community style events, and even corporate events.

Whether its for you, or someone you care for get there safely with Phoenix-EMS, we can provide stretcher baring ambulances or cars to get you to a place of care, or clinical appointment on time, and in a safe manor. You can book patient transport journeys directly on the website, where will respond no later than 12 hours after submission. However if you required transport due to a last minute appointment, or a cancellation, we will always do our best to accommodate, just call us on 0800 999 2447 to discuss your options.
Repatriation Services
Phoenix-EMS are proud to be on the government UK Government list of approved reparation companies. We understand that being stranded, or having a love one stranded in another country or location is stressful and cumbersome. If you find yourself in this position, and are not sure what your options are, then feel free to contact us using the form below. Together we can work out a plan to repatriate and transport all over the world. From land, sea, or by air we can arrange specialised transport to repatriate quickly, efficiently, and in a cost effective manor.
Secure Transfers & Hospital/ Doctor Appointments.
Our ambulances are safe, comfortable, and equip to deal with long distance journeys.
Each ambulance will have 2 staff members.
Ambulances contain comfortable modern stretchers.
We can accommodate the charging of mobile devices on the move.
Air conditioning can heat or cool the back of the ambulance to your preferred temperature.
A rear sound system means that if music brings comfort, we can play it!
All of our ambulances have modern manual handling equipment to safely move and transfer patients.
Our cars are marked up as ambulances, and comfortable for long or short journeys.
Each car will have 1 driver
Our cars have air conditioning to provide the perfect temperature.
Sound systems can play any music of your choice, to maximise comfort.
Each car can accommodate the charging of mobile devices on the move.

Phoenix-EMS are highly experienced in providing medical services for internationally renowned film and television productions and studios both on set and on location. We can supply medical cover at all skill levels, from First Responders to Paramedics, Technicians and Doctors, for your television or film set, anywhere within the UK.
Our experienced staff are equipped to deal quickly and effectively with both serious accidents and minor injuries, illnesses and ailments on set or location. All of our staff are fully trained and accredited with highly reputable awarding bodies to ensure the health and safety of your crew and performers at all times.
We can provide a number of medical units for your set or location, including the following:
- Fully Equipped and Staffed Ambulances
- Fully Equipped and Staffed Rapid Response Vehicles
All of these units may be included in your set for a small additional fee!

Phoenix-EMS are a registered centre with Qualsafe Awards, meaning we can offer nationally recognised qualifications for a range of courses. These are not only beneficial to people who wish to work in the pre-hospital setting, but are also useful to empower employment opportunities, or if you are an employer it can help you with staying compliant with your staff being able to gain relevant First aid at work qualifications through us.

Event fire cover.
Phoenix EMS can offer event fire, motor sports rescue and public events cover with our working partner at Fire & Rescue Response. This giving our customers and client pace of mind for workplace or temporary risks with fire and medical solutions.
Fire-Rescue Service is a Registered Charity providing a Professional Fire & Rescue response at events and other large public gatherings.
The fire team operate a frontline pumping appliance with enhanced RTC equipment.
Our fleet now consists of:
2 x Front line pumping appliances
1 x 4×4 Fire/Rescue vehicle
1 x On and off-road quad

We are currently recruiting for a number of different skill levels. To find out more about what is required to apply. You can then fill in the form at the bottom to get started with us, and we look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to the team.
Phoenix-EMS are proud to have a custom built compliance and scheduling system, if accepted, you will be invited to log in to this system, where you will be able to input all required vetting information, in a simple, and less timely manor than most ways. Our system will allow you to read policies, download and view CPD training documents, and book shifts. We’re working really hard, to make sure that our staff have access to tools that will allow them to do their job with ease.
Please note that if you are under 25 there will be an additional excess on our vehicle insurance if you were in a fault accident in our vehicles.
First Aid
If you hold a first aid at work qualification, and wish to further your first aid skills by supporting us in events, then we want to hear from you.
FREC 3/ ACA
Do you hold a First Response Emergency Care Level 3 Qualification that is in date? Would you like to gain some more experience supporting us in events/ film work, then contact us for more information.
FREC 4/ ECA
If you hold a FREC 4, or are a qualified ECA with a PAS/NHS Trust, then we would love to hear from you about helping us with HDU transfers and events.
FREUC 5/ EMT
If you are a qualified EMT/ AAP, or FREUC 5, then perhaps you could help us staff HDU transfers, frotnline work, or large scale events?
Paramedic
We are always looking to add HCPC registered paramedics to our books, to help support our very large events, and HDU transfers.
Doctor
Some events may require the presence of a doctor. If you are a doctor with the GMC, and wish to gain some experience in the vent sector, click below to find out how you can get involved.

Here at Phoenix EMS we specialise in providing medical response teams / close protection medics for a wide range of private and public events where individuals, executives, VIPs, celebrities and corporate clients need the peace of mind that they are protected in the event of a medical emergency.
This means we provide the highest level of specialist medical & CP services at events, as well as covertly accompanying celebrities, executives and politicians across the globe.
